Esta linda ilha no Caribe tem muito mais do que praia e sol, é divertidíssimo passar uns dias por lá.
Acabamos de voltar de uma estadia de 8 dias em Barbados, experimentando o máximo que este país maravilhoso pode oferecer.
Bom, se você acompanha nossas viagem aqui no pessoaselugares.com deve ter percebido que adoramos ficar trocando de hotel durante uma vigem, mas para Barbados optamos por ficar todos dias hospedados no mesmo lugar e tivemos a sorte de escolher o Beach View.
É legal entender que este hotel é mais como um flat, totalmente equipado e com serviço de quarto completo.
Começando pela recepção: O proprietário e sua equipe são de uma uma gentileza e presteza sem igual, quando você chega ao apartamento o Sr. Robyn começa a lhe mostrar as instalações e todas características da sua “nova casa”.
Nosso quarto foi o 112, no térreo, com saída para piscina.
Todo hotel segue normas de sustentabilidade e tudo é pensado para ter o impacto mínimo na natureza da ilha. Você encontrá ar condicionado nos quartos e na sala, todos tem sensores e só ligam quando todo ambiente está fechado (portas e janelas) utilizando o mínimo de eletricidade e ao mesmo tempo gelando muito bem.
Entrando no apartamento você tem a cozinha, depois a sala de jantar e de estar.
A Cozinha é super completa, com tudo o que você precisa para cozinhar ou preparar qualquer prato:
O forno e a máquina de lavar ficam de frente para quem entra na cozinha, lavar louça é uma opção sua, já que diariamente o serviço de limpeza passa no seu apartamento e lava sua louça suja, além de deixar tudo em ordem.
As amenities de cozinha são renovadas diariamente, sempre tem café, chá, cofee mate, açúcar (cristal), sal e pimenta
Logo em frente você tem uma linda mesa de jantar para seis pessoas, sempre com velas decorativas e uma caixa de fósforos para você deixar sua refeição mais romântica e intimista, tudo para nos fazer sentir em casa.
A sala de estar, com poltronas para sete pessoas, é muito confortável e ainda conta com ventilador de teto, dock station para Iphone, televisor e aparelho de DVD.
Um cuidado especial para você não ter problemas em decidir o que fazer na ilha: A mesa de centro da sala de estar traz várias publicações e informações sobre Barbados, você fica muito confortável decidindo o que fazer.
A sala tem saída para piscina (mostrarei logo abaixo) e um corredor leva às suites.
O primeiro quarto ficou com nossa filha de 16 anos, você poderá notar pela bagunça 🙂
Este quarto conta com uma escrivaninha, uma cama king size, roupeiro já equipado com cabides e um cofre além de uma saída diretamente para a piscina
No corredor, seguido para suite tem um banheiro para ser utilizado por quem está hospedado no primeiro quarto:
Em frente ao banheiro encontra-se a lavanderia, equipada com máquina de lavar e máquina de secar roupas. Além de super práticas são muito úteis para suas roupas de praia!
A suite principal é muito confortável tendo como diferencial do outro quarto um televisor e um roteador wireless exclusivo para que você não fique sem conexão em nenhum ponto do apartamento.

Todos quartos tem saída para o jardim e para piscina, que estavam durante nossa estadia sempre muito limpos e conservados.
Em frente a sala de estar você pode relaxar em uma varanda com espreguiçadeiras e muitos pássaros a sua volta
A área de lazer do hotel é muito bem estruturada, com uma piscina rasa para crianças e uma mais profunda para os adultos
Outro detalhe que me chamou atenção e faz toda diferença é que os quartos trazem livros, para você relaxar na piscina lendo e pegando um sol.
Bom, agora que você já conheceu um pouco da estrutura do quarto e piscina vamos ao que o hotel nos oferece, e principalmente os prós e contras de termos ficado hospedados aqui.
O Beach View não tem restaurante nem serviço de quarto e o café da manhã não está incluído na diária.
O que você encontrará é um quiosque chamado “The Hut”, muito charmoso, onde são vendidos o café da manhã e o almoço. As refeições são muito gostosas, mas utilizamos poucas vezes, optamos por sempre tomar café da manhã em um local diferente da ilha para experimentar todos sabores de Barbados.
o The Hut fica aberto das 8:00 as 14:00, depois você não tem mais como pedir lanches.
O hotel tem wifi de alta velocidade grátis em todas dependências e o estacionamento é gratuíto, sem a necessidade de reserva.
O serviço de concierge também é fantástico, o hotel conta com vários funcionários para dar suporte, mas reservamos quase tudo com a Carrie, que ligava para todas atrações que pedíamos, inclusive fazendo depósitos antecipados e cobrando só no check out, outra coisa legal é que eles dispõem de snorkel grátis para os hóspedes utilizarem nas águas transparentes da Paynes Bay, além de toalhas para levar à praia.
O hotel também conta com entrega de compras, aluguel de carros, serviço de câmbio, depósito de bagagens e babá / Serviços para crianças, mas não chegamos a utilizar nenhum destes serviços, aliás, para quem tem filhos pequenos o hotel conta com berços. 1 berço, para crianças menores de 2 anos tem uma taxa de USD 15 por diária.
Não são permitidos animais de estimação, embora tivesse muitos gatos circulando pelo estacionamento 😛
Nas quintas-feiras o gerente, e sua esposa Hazel costumam oferecer uma festa com bebidas e petiscos em sua casa, achei muito legal a iniciativa, tem convite e tudo. Infelizmente não conseguimos ir porque estávamos explorando a região de Bathsheba neste dia. Olha que bacana o convite:
Depois das 18:00 você pode aproveitar o bar do hotel, que fica no terraço do prédio em frente a recepção, a vista é fantástica, e você terá um lindo pôr do sol. Pena que só consegui fotografar a noite.

I should mention the obvious first, I’m quite sure you can’t build a nuclear reactor as narrow as a drilling pipe anyway, but the alleged bigger cousins that supposedly build tunnels, can’t work unless you can slosh a river through that place…Think what happened at Fukishima when the pumps for the cooling water failed. And those are absolutely massive pumps…and you then need huge cooling towers (I’m sure you’ve seen these) to remove the heat from the water, before it can be recycled through the reactor, if you don’t have a river nearby…
