O La Torre Resort All Inclusive reserva aos hóspedes uma experiência diferenciada em seu restaurante à la carte. Ambiente requintado, menu bem apresentado e o bom atendimento que é marca registrada do resort.
No momento em que fizemos o check in uma folha com algumas opções de pratos nos foi entregue para que agendássemos o jantar à la carte no restaurante privativo do complexo.
Cada hóspede tem direito a um jantar neste restaurante, nenhum valor adicional é cobrado, faz parte do all inclusive do resort. O restaurante atende todos os dias da semana em dois diferentes horários, às 19:30 ou às 21:30.
A decoração é de bom gosto, com algumas esculturas de artistas locais e as camisetas autografadas dos esportistas que já passaram por ali, com destaque para a seleção da Suíça que ficou hospedada no La Torre durante a Copa do Mundo de 2014.
As mesas bem postas, as flores e a atmosfera glamourosa do Restaurante À La Carte La Torre são propícias para um jantar muito romântico, uma comemoração especial ou então aquele animado bate papo entre a família.
Os pratos são inspirados na culinária local, uma combinação de sabores tradicionais com toque gourmet. O menu ofertado traz duas opções de entradas, duas opções de pratos principais e uma opção de sobremesa. Como estávamos em casal optamos por experimentar todos os cinco pratos.
O couvert com alguns tipos de pães é servido, acompanhado de uma opção de espumante Casa Valduga e vinhos Miolo, ambos produzidos na Serra Gaúcha.
A primeira entrada foi Creme de Baroa, acompanhado de carne de sol e tiras de parmesão crocante. O prato estava delicioso, a porção de bom tamanho deixou um “gostinho de quero mais”.
Continuamos com a Mini Torta de Legumes com creme de queijo coalho e funghi. Este foi o único prato decepcionante do cardápio, simples, sem nada demais, não chega a dar um arrependimento de ter pedido, mas não se compara ao sabor do Creme de Boroa.
O prato principal ficou com as Iscas de Mignon sobre purê de abóbora defumada e lascas crocantes de banana da terra. Uma combinação deliciosa de sabores, ingredientes típicos e boa apresentação.
A sequência se deu com o Robalo em Crosta de Gergelim, acompanhado de risoto de siri e ervilhas. Outro ótimo prato, representando muito bem a Bahia e o charme do La Torre.
A sobremesa é composta por um trio de guloseimas: Flan de cacau, Verrine de Graviola e Brigadeiro de Hibisco. A apresentação é majestosa e os doces muito bem preparados.
Apesar de no geral os pratos serem muito bem apresentados, ainda se utilizam de receitas e ingredientes bem simples. Sentimos a falta de produtos mais nobres, algo que realmente diferenciaria este jantar das maravilhosas refeições do all inclusive. Acreditamos que a comida servida no restaurante principal é de um nível tão bom que acaba tirando um pouco do brilho do cardápio servido aqui.
O Restaurante À La Carte é uma experiência diferente de tudo o que é vivido no resort, é um momento mais elegante, com atendimento personalizado, parte do processo de transformar o La Torre no All Inclusive Mais charmoso da Bahia. Estão no caminho certo para concretizar este objetivo.

LoL – try picking out a “white†– you’d think that would be easy to! The green you’re referring to in a gray is actually yellow. It may be difficult to find a warm gray that doesn’t have yellow which will make it look green – wow – that was weird – but true! I like Penthouse CSP 35 . It’s a light gray, a little warm but not too green. Keep in mind you’ll have to see an actual color swatch of these hues- seriously do not rely on the color representation you see on-line.
